酒店房間清潔舒適，尤其睡床非常大，很舒服。
浴室花灑水力不夠大同水溫時熱時涷。

客房比较干净，酒吧餐厅很不错
前台服务非常差。所谓的地铁站接送服务让客人等了半小时。延住办理也花了很久。第一天入住牙刷也没有给我们。马桶不太好冲。总体来说硬件还OK，服务完全不符合w hotel的标准

早餐被坑了，明明给我们说的是4个人800b，checkout就变成2个人800b了，也可能是沟通没到- 位吧早餐还算行就不纠结这个了

舒適的大廳！方便的地點！有趣的活動！四周有很多可以消耗精力的地方！去NANA或ASOK都很方便！
在夜生活活躍的地段，從別的地方要回到aloft有一點點兒小困難！飯店的夜店蠻出名的加上周遭的bar很- 密集使得所在的sukhumvit soi 11會塞車！計程車跳錶計費不願進去！除非喊價了！

晚上很熱鬧，很適合晚上出去，吃的喝的都很有多。
酒店在11街的最裡面，如果坐bts的話要走一段長路，如果拿著行李的話實在很累，但如果要從酒店去bts- 的話是有接駁的tuktuk
